Electrics System From our manufacturing base in Brendale, G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. designs and produces a range of equipment for use in the Powder Coating Industry as well as a variety on Industrial and Commercial Process Ovens. The G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. staff is also geared to service and maintain existing equipment as well as to provide complete turn-key powder coating systems.

Features & Specifications:

USE This oven is designed for curing POWDER PAINT ONLY. SOLVENT BASED PRODUCTS OF ANY TYPE, or PRODUCTS THAT RELEASE SOLVENT OR IGNITABLE EFFLUENT or PRODUCTS THAT WILL BURN IF HEATED TO 250ºc, MUST NOT be heated in this oven under any circumstances.
HEAT SOURCES The ovens can be heated using gas combustion equipment or electrical heating elements.
GAS TYPES The gas combustion equipment can be designed to operate on all commercially available gases. Natural Gas, LPGas and Town Gas.
OVEN TYPES The ovens can be Natural Convection, Forced Air Convection, or Heat Exchange. Electrical ovens would normally be Forced Air Convection.
SIZES Modular construction allows for a great amount of flexibility in sizes of ovens available to be constructed from standard panels or reduced standard panels. Variable construction techniques also allow for unusual or non-standard sizes and shapes.
FLOORS The oven floors can be the existing concrete floor for ease of access or an insulated floor to make the oven a complete package facilitating easy relocation or transportation.
DOORS Doors are constructed using modified standard modules and are mounted on heavy-duty hinges. Doors can be fitted to one or both ends as required for suitable oven access.
CONTROLS All ovens are controlled using G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. Standard Powder Cure Oven Control Panels fitted with digital electronic temperature controllers and the latest safety control devices. Similar control panels have now been used on ovens for almost sixteen (16) years proving both performance and reliability.

Booths and Filtration Units

Electrics Booth Not unlike our Ovens our Booths are also of modular design, so are easily adapted to everyone's needs.

Our Filtration Units are Reverse Pulse Cartridge Type Filtration Units and can be installed directly against the Booth or piped remotely. They can also be connected via a Cyclone Type Powder Recovery Unit. Our Filtration Units can be retro fitted so they can be used for Wet Spray type coatings, via a disposable Primary Filter, as well as powder and plastic coatings.

The Cartridge Filters G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. use are Spun Bonded Polyester Pleated Filter Media that can be washed for a minimum of 2 times, therefore being much more economical than Paper Pleated Filter Media.

CONSTRUCTION	The booths are constructed from modular panels.
MATERIAL HANDLING	Booths can be fitted with Overhead Conveyors or Trolley designed to suit all applications including existing material handling systems.
FLOOR	Booths are not fitted with a floor, the existing concrete floor should be satisfactory and booths are fitted to the floor with Dyna Bolts or equivalent and are sealed with sealant.
LIGHTS	The booths are fitted with lights placed on the top of the booth with clear polycarbonate sheets fixed into the ceiling of the booth to exclude the fittings from the inside of the booth area.
OPENINGS	The booths are fitted with a fixed opening, clear to the floor at one end and an opening at the opposite end suitable to accommodate a G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. Cartridge Filtering Module. The openings are not fitted with doors.
AIR HANDLING SYSTEM	Each booth is designed to accommodate a G.G.S. Gas & Electrical Pty. Ltd. Cartridge Filtering Module or existing Filtering Unit.
